Singapore Name Cards is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact us within 7 days from the date you receive it (or the date it was scheduled to arrive) and we will refund the full price (less 10% handling and administration fees) of the product(s) in question, excluding postage, courier and processing costs (such as artwork fees).

However, we cannot take responsibility for typing, image, or design errors introduced by customers in the document creation process. Color Proofs; due to differences in equipment, paper, inks and other conditions between color proofing and production runs, a reasonable variation in color [within 10%] between color proofs and the completed job will be deemed acceptable unless otherwise agreed.  In an effort to keep costs down and pass those savings along to our customers, we does not review card documents for content or spelling.
